What does coaching cost?
The investment depends on scope and duration. In our initial call, we'll clarify your situation and I'll give you a specific proposal. Typical engagements are in the five-figure range for 6-12 months.
How long does coaching take?
Most engagements run 6-12 months. Real change takes time. If you want to be done after 3 sessions, I'm not the right coach for you.
Do you work remotely?
Yes. I work with many of my clients via video. For certain phases (kick-off, intensive work), I recommend in-person sessions.
What if we're not a good fit?
Then I'll tell you. It's more important to me that you get the right help than that I get a contract. Sometimes I recommend colleagues instead.
Is the initial call really no obligation?
Yes. No sales pressure. No follow-up bombardment. We have a conversation, and then you decide at your own pace.
