Getting to know each other

A 30‑minute conversation to see if we are a good fit. No obligations, just an honest exchange about where you are, what you need, and how I work.

Setting the foundation

We map the bigger picture: your context, goals, and what success would look like for you and your system. On this basis, we agree on how we work together, aligned with International Coaching Federation standards and the Code of Ethics.

Coaching sessions

60‑minute sessions as a standard format, with the option to extend to 90 minutes if needed. Each session focuses on what is most relevant right now and leads to a concrete outcome that moves you closer to your goals.

Offboarding and consolidation

At the end of a package or phase, we synthesize what has shifted in you, your leadership, and your system. The aim is autonomy, not dependency – even if some clients choose to keep me as a long‑term sparring partner.
